What You Need to Know Before Your Appointment Appointments

NEW GOOD MEDICINE PATIENT

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your appointment!

We are located just next to Bernice’s bakery. Parking can be a pain especially around First Friday or other holidays. Arriving early will help you find parking and arrive in time to fill out your paperwork.

You can also download your paperwork here so you can come prepared. ( :

WHAT TO EXPECT

The first few minutes of your appointment typically involve a chat with your therapist about why you are there and what you hope to achieve with your massage or acupuncture.

FAQs

Here are our most commonly asked questions for our massage and acupuncture services. If you have additional questions feel free to contact us or call directly to (406) 926-1881.

Do you accept insurance?

While we do not bill insurance directly, we are happy to provide you with a coded invoice after your appointment. You pay at the time of your appointment and get reimbursed by your insurance.

What should I wear?

For acupuncture and Thai Massage, we recommend wearing loose fitting clothing or bringing shorts to change in to. We also provide shorts if you forget yours.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

We require 24 hours notice for rescheduling an appointment. When you book with us you are reserving a time that cannot be used if you cancel the appointment under short notice which puts a great deal of strain on the clinic and its therapists. We do our best to be accomodating while still protecting our practitioners.

How long will my appointment last?

We offer massage between 45 minutes up to 2 hours. Arriving 10-15 minutes early will ensure that your full appointment time will be spent on the table with your therapist. Acupuncture appointments typically last between 30 minutes to an hour.

Can I be treated?

If you are uncertain if you should receive acupuncture or massage for your pain, illness, or health then it is best to call us directly and consult with someone from our clinic before scheduling.

Can I bring my pet?

Good Medicine loves animals; however, due to allergy and noise concerns, we unfortunately cannot accommodate for pets in the clinic. We are sorry for the inconvenience but know that we love your fur babies.

Thank you for changing the way I look at self care, reactive repair and healing.

I was totally oblivious to real Massage, Cupping and Acupuncture and how it can help you actually heal until I started coming to Good Medicine Acupuncture and Massage. But just like every other experience at Good Medicine, It has been life changing for me. I had intense deep cupping today, and I could literally feel it pulling the pain out. I came in today barely able to walk in so much pain.. Left feeling immediate changes in my body and knowing that there is relief in my future. GAME CHANGER. This is the second time that I have been in extreme pain and been able to mitigate it through Massage and Acupuncture instead of scarfing down pain pills and anti-inflammatory prescription pills. Jessi Gates Brock Thank you for changing the way I look at self care, reactive repair and healing. YOU and your TEAM are AMAZING!!!!!!
